Where: Ceago Vinegarden, 5115 East Highway 20, Nice, California, in beautiful Lake County, about 2.5 hours north of San Francisco and 2 hours west of Sacramento

Wines: Thirty Lake County wineries pouring more than 100 premium wines

Food: Twenty-five chefs and caterers showcasing local, seasonal ingredients in an array of tasty tapas-style appetizers during the Grand Tasting. Auction Reserve ticket includes three-course served dinner.

Live Auction: Bidding commences at 7 p.m. for a range of lots from getaways, fine art, winery tours and tastings to reserved wines and winemaker dinners.

Special Guest: U. S. Congressman Mike Thompson, Lake County winegrape grower and Lake County Wine Auction participant since its inception

Music: Twice as Good, 2010 recipient of the “Best New Blues Band” award presented by the West Coast Blues Hall of Fame, will provide dinner and dancing music. Grand Tasting music by local keyboardist David Neft.

Presented by: Lake County Wine Alliance, a nonprofit organization of Lake County wineries, winegrape growers, and community supporters whose mission is to foster the arts, benefit health services, and support the community. The 2011 Lake County Wine Auction Lake County Wine Auction has contributed more than $831,000 to local programs since the first event was held in 2000.
