DONATION INFORMATION

Please either deliver or make arrangements for your donation to be picked up within 2 weeks of returning this form. We will promote your donation on social media and the auction website, so the earlier we get your donation the longer we can promote your business.
 
Donations can be mailed to: LC Wine Auction c/o LCWA PO Box 530 Kelseyville, CA 95451 or for large items contact us for pickup. Wine shipments please email Marie about where to send.

All donations to the Lake County Wine Auction are processed through the Lake County Wine Alliance, Tax ID 68-0447622, and are tax-deductible as a charitable gift to a nonprofit organization
